Noreen Yost works full time for the New York State Museum as a Visitor Services Specialist and does travel work in her free time to raise money for local organizations. Her travel adventures began over twelve years ago when she decided to use her love of travel to raise money for the local library.
Noreen has travelled extensively all over the world, her travel bug getting its first bite after college when she and her husband, John, lived all around the continental United States from the back of their van.
Noreen's personal vacations have spanned the globe reaching from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Tortola and Mexico to Spain, England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Austria and Morocco.
These fundraising trips for local non-profits usually include airfare, scenic coach tours, full accommodations, and, if you're lucky, Noreen as your personal guide. Noreen has escorted tours to Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Holland, Spain, Germany, France, and Prague - visit the Upcoming Tours page for more information.
Additionally, Noreen is a mother of two boys, John Webster, whom has escorted Italy trips along with his wife, and Neil, who has lived and worked in Ireland on a student work permit. Her boys were the inspiration behind her travel adventures, because she realized how important it was for them to experience other cultures.
Noreen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, arts and crafts, wine, and learning about the beautiful world that we all share. |
